Born in Morschbach, Rhein, Germany. Came to America in June 1843 with her family and settled in Germantown WI where father Johann Peter (a former weaver in Germany) acquired land that remained in the Strack family until the 1970s when Edwin Strack was forced to sell as no surviving son was interested in farming the land or leasing it for farming.
Eva married Jacob Wolf on 9/25/1857 at the age of 17. They later moved to Plymouth Sheboygan Co, WI where husband Jacob was a farmer. Four known children (Peter M born 1858, Adam born 1862, Henry F born 1871, and Edward B born April 1878).

The remains of Mrs Jacob Wolf were shipped to Plymouth on Friday evening and brought to the home of her son Henry, Division Street, for burial.
Mrs Wolf died at the home of her son Adam in Milwaukee on Friday, June 1st, at 1:30.
She is survived by four sons; Henry and Peter of this city, Adam of Milwaukee, and Ed of the town of Rhine.
The funeral will be held Monday afternoon at two o'clock at the home of Henry Wolf on Division Street. Services being conducted by Mrs J Last, Reader of Christian Science Church.
