Birth: 1778
Rowan County
North Carolina, USA
Death: unknown

Daniel Sears was born before 1778 Rowan County North Carolina to Johannes Zaher (Sears) and Barbara (Miller) Zaher or Sears. His age is estimated from Census 1810 and 1820 census.

We Know he married Elizabeth Betsy Martin daughter of Asa Martin because Daniel Sears sold slaves which came to him through marriage to Betsy Martin daughter of Asa and Elizabeth in Rowan County, North Carolina

It appears Betsy died before 1820 census since no female is listed.
In the 1810 Census Daniel and his wife are listed with 7 other people.. The oldest of these listed persons could be household helpers instead of children because we find no records of them after this census and Daniel seems like born about 1775 and would be young to have some of these children.
