Clyde William Davis, 75, of 923 1/2 Bigley Avenue, died yesterday in a Charleston hospital after a short illness.

He was a retired employee of Kuhn Construction Co.

Surviving: wife, Frances Belle Davis; daughter, Mrs. Elizabeth Hill of Akron, Ohio; three grandchildren.

The body is at the Wilson Funeral Home.

Service will be tomorrow at 2 p.m. in the funeral home by the Rev. Dunbar H. Ogden Jr.

Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Park.
