FUNERAL OF MRS. ANNA BURTON

Impressive funeral services for Mrs. Anna Burton were conducted on the lawn at the family home, 400 East High street, at 9 o'clock last night. Following the ceremony the body was taken to the Burlington station and sent to Madison, Wis (NOTE: This should be Indiana), Mrs. Burton's former home, for burial.

The services at the home were conducted by Rev. R.A. Schell, of the Christian church, and were attended by many friends of Mrs. Burton. Music was given by a quartette composed of Mrs. M. M. Hayes, Mrs. T.A. McDonald and Messrs. Ira Scott and Floyd Eldredge. there were many beautiful floral tributes.

Mrs. Burton, who was an early settler here, died of dropsy Monday afternoon, at the age of sixty years.
