Larry Beck Harris, Sr. was the son of Albert Winfield Harris and Mary Elizabeth [Temple] Harris, and was born in Carroll County, Indiana. Larry lived most of his adult life in Tippecanoe County, and was a former resident of Otterbein, Indiana from 1962-1975. He was a businessman, and was in the Real Estate and Insurance Business for many years. In 1911, he married Lida May Tull and they had six children.....

After Lida's death in 1925, he married Amelia Vester. She was a nurse at the Lafayette Home Hospital. They had no children together. After Amelia's death, Larry Harris had been a resident of Ft. Meyers, Florida since 1975. He was survived by two sons, one daughter, and two sisters.
