Mrs. Alban Fiedler Dies; Funeral Rites Held on Monday

Funeral services for Mrs. Alban Fiedler, 74, of 126 Forest Ave., Plymouth, who passed away at the Plymouth Hospital last Friday afternoon after a five-month illness, were held Monday afternoon at St. John's Lutheran Church with the Rev. H.W. Baxmann, pastor, officiating.

Burial was in the Plymouth, services were conducted Sunday evening at the Wittkopp Funeral Home by the Service Star Legion. Members of the church Mission Circle attended services in a body.

Nee Adele Luth, Mrs. Fiedler was born on May 25, 1888 in Sheboygan, the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. William Luth. She attended the Plymouth schools and was graduated from Plymouth High School. She was a Gradate of the Whitewater State teaching course and taught schools in the town of Rhine, the town of Sheboygan Falls and in the fifth grade of the Plymouth grade school.

She was married to Alban Fiedler in Plymouth on June 19, 1912. Following their marriage they lived at Sherwood, Wis, DePere, and in Plymouth since 1938.

She was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church in Plymouth and a member of the Mission Circle in the church. She was a member and past president of the Plymouth chapter, Service Star Legion, preauxina.

Survivors are her husband; two sons, Edward of Midland, Mich., Walter Fiedler of Laurel, a daughter, Mrs. Bruce Fenner of Racine; 10 grandchildren; four sisters, Floyd (Meta) Syron of Glenbeulah, Mrs. Raleigh Mulaney of Amberg, Mrs. (Mayme) Wagner of Delavan and Miss Louise Luth also of Delavan; and a brother Carl of Appleton.

Her parents three brothers preceded her in death.
