COTTAGEVILLE - Fred Kay Bush, 69, of Cottageville, Rt. 2, Jackson County, died Thursday in Jackson General Hospital, Ripley.

He was a member of the IOOF Lodge in Cottageville and was a retired farmer.

Surviving: three nieces; two nephews.

Service will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. in Casto Funeral Home, Evans, with the Rev. Kenneth Durst, and the Rev. Raymond Skeen officiating. Burial will be in Blaine Memorial Cemetery, Cottageville.

Friends may call today after 1 p.m. at the funeral home.
