FRANCIS, Robert "Bobby" Sr., 70, of Emporia, died Sunday, January 23, 2011. Survivors include his wife, Phyllis Wells; two sons, Robert "Robbie" Francis Jr.; and friend, Deste Cox, Chris Wells and wife, Vicky; daughter, Robin Howerton and husband, Charles; three grandchildren, Tyler Francis, Joshua and Jillian Howerton. The family will receive friends 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Owen Funeral Home, 303 S. Halifax Rd., Jarratt, Va., where the funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday, January 26, 2011.
