MR. SHIFLETT
TALLADEGA --- Mr. Charley Ezra Shiflett, 69, of Talladega died Thursday, Nov. 7, 1996, at the Baptist Medical Center in Montclair.

Funeral services are scheduled for Saturday, Nov. 9 at 11 a.m. at Usrey Brown Service Funeral Home with the Revs. Howard Golden, Patrick Hurst and Jerry Cooper officiating. Burial will follow in Pine Hill Cemetery.

Mr. Shiflett is survived by his wife, Rosa Lee (Rosie) Shiflett of Talladega; three daughters, Carolyn Barnes of Fredonia, Kay Hill of Talladega and Gay Hurst of Lineville; two sons, Nickie Shiflett and Jeffrey Shiflett, bot of Talladega; two sisters, Alma Kelley of LaGrange, Ga. and Jessie Rae Page of Aurora, Ill.; 10 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Born April 2, 1927, in Randolph county, Ala. , Mr. Shiflett was a member of Fair Park Baptist Church, where he attended the Adult Sunday School Class and served as an usher. He was a retired employee of Avondale Mills in Pell City.
