She married Eli Marvin Cornelius in Whitt, Parker Co, TX on July 10, 1904. She was 21 years old; he was 22.

Marvin died on Dec. 23, 1924.
Alice was living in Graford, TX when she was admitted to Palo Pinto Hospital in Mineral Wells. She was there one day when she died at 11:40 p.m. on March 19, 1972, from a Coronary Occlusion. She was 88 years old.
Her son, Ernest, shown as E.M. Cornelius, was the informant on her death certificate. She was buried on March 21.
