Artist, choreographer, remembered under his stage name Igor Fosca. He lived in Paris and its suburbs. In 1942 appeared in Paris in the Ballet Theatre of Boris Knyazev. In 1945, he danced in a program of Franco-Iranian festival of ballet "Persian miniatures" (directed by Boris Knyazev). In the 1950-1951 took part in the ballet des Champs Elysees (director B. Kohno). He participated in charity events and performances, including one to the benefit of the Union of Officers of former combattants, the French army à titre étranger (1950), for the benefit of needy members of the Union of Russian military persons with disabilities (under the direction of Serge Lifar) (1959, 1960) and others.
