Johnnie Mae Culberson, 93 of Springdale passed away Wednesday, September 6, 2017 in Springdale. She was born September 21, 1923 in Honey Grove, Texas to John Henry and Mollie Mae Frazier Rogers.
Johnnie worked for Bowen Aircraft during the war. She lived in the area for 1959 until 1969 when she moved back to Oklahoma City. She returned to Springdale in 2012. She was baptized in 1951 in Oklahoma City.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter F. Culberson and her parents.
Survivors include one son, David Culberson and wife Judy of Springdale; one grandson, James Culberson and one great grandchild, Julis Culberson.
Graveside services will be Tuesday, September 12, 2017 at 10 am at Ural Cemetery near Elk City, Oklahoma.
Arrangements are under the direction of Sisco Funeral Chapel of Springdale.
