“A precious one from us has gone;
A voice we loved is stilled.
A place is vacant in our home
Which never can be filled.
God in his wisdom has recalled
The boon his love had given;
And although the body slumbers here,
The soul is safe in Heaven.”
Funeral services were conducted from the North River Church Friday, Jan. 31st at 11 a. m. By Rev R A Grigsdy, a former pastor of the family. Interment was made in the North River Cemetery close by.
