"Helen G. Furry, 90, formerly of Palmerton R.2, died Sunday in Mahoning Valley Convalescent Center, Mahoning Township. She was the wife of the late Penrose Furry.
Born in Hazleton, she was a daughter of the late John and Matilda Pfancook.
She was a member of St. John's United Church of Christ, Palmerton.
Survivors: Sons, Kenneth of Greenville, S.C., and Donald of Palmerton; daughter Dorothy, wife of Joseph Rucci of Philadelphia; sisters, Mrs. Alice Andreas and Violet, wife of Leroy Andrews, both of Walnutport, Mildred, wife of Raymond Englehart in New Jersey, and Edith, wife of Robert Rudelitch of Union Hill; 13 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by a son Warren and a daughter Pearl.
