Actor, Entertainer. Fondly remembered for his role in the 1952 classic musical "Singin' in the Rain," in which he sang and danced alongside the legendary Gene Kelly. His films were varied, among them the whimsical 'Francis the Talking Mule' movies. He starred in his own television series, "The Donald O'Connor Show," in the late 1960s. Other films include "There's No Business Like Show Business" (1954), "The Buster Keaton Story" (1957), and "That Funny Feeling" (1965), to name but a few. He was a true American entertainment icon.
