He appeared in French and Italian films until 1939, when after a short period in Hollywood, he returned to Argentina. In 1957, he moved to Spain, where he continued his career in movies. He is remembered for his films "Fantômas" in 1931, "Quatorze Juliet" in 1932, "Spawn of the North" in 1939, "Masquerade in Mexico" in 1945, "El Día de los Enamorados" in 1959, "Mi calle" in 1960, "Vuelve San Valentín" in 1962, "Estambul 65" in 1965, "Tarots" in 1972 and "Maravillas" in 1980. He died shortly after he was a victim of an automobile and pedestrian accident.
