Mr. John P. Lydick, aged 83 years, passed away Saturday, December 6, 1958, at 1:25 a.m. in the Indiana Memorial Hospital where he had been a patient since last Monday.
Born January 30, 1875, in Cherryhill Township, Indiana Co. Mr. Lydick lived his entire life on the same farm until coming to make his home with his sister, Mrs. Ella M. Long of 822 Wayne Avenue, last August.
He was a son of the late Russell and Nancy Martin Lydick and was married to Elizabeth Kanarr Lydick who passed away July 25, 1958.
Surviving him are the sister mentioned above and several nieces and nephews.
Friends my pay their respect at Robinson-Lytle's in Indiana after 7:30 p.m. today (Saturday) and on Sunday afternoon and evening. Services will be conducted there Monday, December 8, 1958, at 1:30 p.m. with the Rev. J. W. Cummings III officiating. Interment will follow in Harmon Cemetery at Penn Run, Pa.
