Ruth, 77, passed away at Littlefork Medical Center. She was the daughter of Albert and Lillian Kavanagh. She married and divorced Vernon Sabotta then married Walter Tront in 1981 in International Falls. She was preceded in death by her parents, both husbands, and her daughter, Jenelle Lewis. Survivors include her sons, Terry Sabotta, David Sabotta, and Gary Sabotta, five grandchildren, and her siblings, Darrel Kavanagh, Dale Kavanagh, Rodney Kavanagh, and Beverly Denny. Memorial services were held at Zion Lutheran Church in International Falls. Burial was in Forest Hill Cemetery.
