Richard D. Bailey, age 47 life resident of Pulaski died Monday at University Hospital, Syracuse. Richard was born May 21, 1962 in Oswego. He attended Pulaski Schools. He was last employed by Gearsbeck Mobil in Pulaski.
Surviving: one son, Richard D. II of Pulaski, one step-daughter, Heather Phillips of Pulaski, one uncle, Robert Sweatland of Camden, his companion, Rhonda Phillips of Pulaski, and one grandson, Wyatt.
Funeral Services will be held 2:30 p.m. Friday at the Foster-Hax Funeral Home 52 Park Street, Pulaski. A Calling hour will be held from 1:30 to 2:30p.m. Friday prior to the funeral.
