Elaine Delores Laurent, 86, of Litchfield, died Thurs., Mar. 20, 2008 at 6:40 a.m. in St. Francis Hospital in Litchfield. She was born on Jan. 18, 1922 in Kenosha, WI, a daughter of John & Margaret (Olson) Blank. She graduated from Mary D. Bradford High School in 1940. Mrs. Laurent was a faithful member of Southside Church in Litchfield.
She was a homemaker all of her life. She was a devoted mother & grandmother. In her spare time, she enjoyed crafts. She married William Amos Laurent on June 29, 1949 in Kenosha. He died July 21, 2000. She is survived by:

John Laurent; Jerry (Kimberly) Laurent of Litchfield
1 daughter, JoAnne Henrichs (companion, Charles Sale) of Hillsboro

Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery in Litchfield. Visitation will be held
Friday from 5:00 until 8:00 p.m. in Plummer Funeral Home in Litchfield.
