Robert Love, Point Flier, Dies in Crash
Stevens Point, Wis. - (AP) - Second Lt. Robert J. Love, 20, of Stevens Point, was killed Sunday in the crash of an army airplane near Des Moines, Ia., according to word received by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Guy B. Love, today. Lt. Love left here Saturday afternoon for his station at Greenville, S.C., after a 12-day furlough.

2 Wisconsin Officers Killed in Bomber Crash
Greenville, S.C. - (AP) - Two Wisconsin officers were among six fliers killed Sunday when their medium bomber crashed at Des Moines, Sunday.
The state men were 2nd Lt. Robert L. Miller, 26, navigator bombardier, whose mother is Mrs. Edward J. Miller of Green Lake, and 2nd Lt. Robert J. Love, 20, co-pilot, whose mother is Mrs. G. B. Love of Stevens Point.
Greenville army air base public relations said the plane was on a training flight.
