The Bristol Press 5 August 1919
"Frederick Andrews, who suffered a shock while driving a team on Bellevue avenue Monday morning and was taken to the St Francis hospital at Hartford for treatment died at that institution last evening.
The remains were brought to Bristol last night in the charge of Undertaker James J Dunn. The funeral will take place at the undertaking rooms at 2 o'clock Wednesday afternoon. Interment will be in West Cemetery.
Mr Andrews was about 50 years of age, He came to Bristol about 10 years ago and had been employed as a teamster by several of the local trucking concerns. He is survived by his wife and one son, John Andrews, who reside in Waterbury, and one daughter, Miss Myrtle Andrews of Newport, R.I."
