Services for Dorothy L. Skidmore, 79 of Bennington were Friday, December 23 at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Bennington. Rev. John Pierson officiated. Burial was in the Blair Cemetery.
She is survived by sons, Richard Hawkins, Bennington; Eugene Hawkins of Phoenix, Arizona and James Hawkins of Germantown, Wisconsin; a sister, Ruth Taylor of Fort Calhoun; six grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be directed to the Bennington Rescue Squad.
Haden-Golden Mortuary in Bennington was in charge of arrangements.
