Former Paris Couple Marries in California
Miss Rose Grissom and Ernest Barnard of Port Hueheme, California, formerly of Paris, were married February 5, in the Community Church, Ventura, California, with the pastor Rev. M. Henderson, reading the vows before an improvised alter of Flowers and fern.
The Attendants were Mrs. J.W. Gibson and Mrs. Arch Irvin. The bride was becomingly attired in a suit of navy wool and White accessories. The couple is residing in Port Hueheme, where the groom is employed.

Funeral services for Rosa Alice Barnard, 70, are scheduled for 11 a.m. Friday at Swearingen Chapel. Ellen Eberhardt will officiate. Burial will be in Arlington Memory Gardens in Midwest City.
Barnard died Wednesday in Seminole.
She was born April 14, 1922, in Franklin County, Ark., to Elmer and Nellie (Dixon) Grissom. She moved to Seminole in 1974 from Tulsa. She was a homemaker.
She married Earnest L. Barnard on Feb. 5, 1944 in Ventura, Calif.; he died July 23, 1991. She was also preceded in death by her parents, one-son, Michael Wayne Barnard; and two brohers, Calvin Grissom and Ezra "Shorty" Charles Grissom.
