Kenneth Ray Barnett of Huntsville passed away Tuesday. He was 73.
Kenneth and his wife Joyce were the owner / operator of El Mejicano Mexican Restaurant for 30 years. Kenneth was preceded in death by his stepdaughter, Lori Austin, and brother, E.W. Barnett.
He is survived by his wife, Joyce Ann Barnett; son and daughter-in-law, Ken and Leesa Barnett; stepson, Kenneth Austin and Gene; brother, Bobby Barnett; sister, Owena Pylant; five grandchildren, Megan Barnett, Makinley Barnett, Cody Austin and Casey, Nicholes Austin and Amber Nichole Austin; and three great-grandchildren, Scarlet, Nevaeh and Noah.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today at Berryhill Funeral Home. Graveside services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday at Huntsville Memory Gardens with Bro. Tony Boyles officiating.
