She was born Dec. 7, 1933 in Parsons to Harry D. Beggerly, Sr. and Edna (Robinson) Beggerly. She attended Parsons schools and lived all her life in Parsons.
On Nov. 24, 1956 she married Donald E. Henderson, Sr. at Miami, Okla. For 30 years she was employed at the Parsons State Hospital and Training Center as a mental health technician.
She was active in women's bowling leagues and enjoyed camping. In earlier years she played softball. She was a memeber of the First Christian Church.
Preceded in death by; brothers, Harry Beggerly Jr., Walter Beggerly, Jack Beggerly; sisters, Betty Cooper, Beatrice Kelly.
Surivvors: husband, Donald E. Sr.; son and daughter-in-law, Donald Jr. and Karen Henderson of Wichita; daughters, Susan Seigal Parsons, Jana Myrick of Tulsa; sisters, Thelma Wills of Parsons, Darlene Scholtz of Lake Jackson, Texas, grandchildren Trey and Tristan Henderson, Heather Robbins, all of Wichita, Amanda and Sarah Myrick of Tulsa, Peggy Lynn Pickard of Parsons; four great-grandchildren including Peggy Myers who live in the Henderson home.
