Suggested edit: Michael Andes Allebaugh, 85, well-known retired Rockingham County farmer and livestock dealer, and a former resident of Harrisonburg, died yesterday afternoon at four o'clock at his home at Lacey Springs. A son of the late Samuel R. and Elizabeth Andes Allebaugh, Mr. Allebaugh was born at Melrose Dec. 12, 1859. Fifty-seven years ago he was united in marriage with Miss Sallie Yancey, of Zenda, who survives him. Abstract from Daily News-Record, March 30, 1944.
