SOUTH BEND - Dale West Jr., 39, of South Bend, IN, passed away on August 13th, 2011, in his residence after suffering an apparent heart attack. Dale was born on September 15, 2011, in Detroit, MI, and had resided in the South Bend area since 2008, coming from Belleville, MI.

On October 20, 2007, Dale married the former Gail A. Senek, who survives.

Dale is also survived by a son, William W. West at home. His mother, Margaret A. Ford of Warren, MI., and a sister, Gladys I. West (Alan Mitteff) of Clinton Twp., MI.

He was preceded in death by his father, Dale W. West Sr.

Dale was a former Clinical Therapist at Lifeline Youth and Family Services.

No farewell words were spoken, No time to say goodbye, You were gone before we knew it, And only God knows why.

Dale's wishes were to be cremated and remembered in life and his loving family honored those wishes. He will be dearly missed by his loving wife and son, numerous friends and co-workers.

There will be no visitation or services at this time, and the family will have a memorial service, which will be announced at a later date.

The family requests all memorial contributions may be made to the Logan Center, 2505 E. Jefferson Blvd., South Bend, IN 46615; or Reins of Life, 55200 Quince Road, South Bend, IN 46619.
