Mrs. Lucinda Pringle, widow of J. S. Pringle, who passed away on February 27, 1900, died at her home in Summerhill, Cambria county, on Sunday morning. Mrs. Pringle was born at Mowry's Mill, this county, and was sixty-seven years old at the time of her death. She was a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Ake. About fifty years ago she was united in marriage to J. W. Pringle. Several children and the following brothers and sisters survive her: Samuel Ake, Esq., of Bedford; Adolphus Ake, of Norfolk, Va.; W. S. Ake, of Washington, D. C.; Mrs. Susanna Koontz, of Fremont, O., and Mrs. Delilah Wetzel, of Carrolltown. Mrs. Pringle was a member of the United Brethren church.
