Graveside funeral for Lee Cruzan, 87, Tuttle, was held Monday, 4/20/1998, in Fairview cemetery, in Tuttle.
He was born 10/15/1910 in Elmore City, the son of D.W. & Ada (Long) Cruzan, and died Friday, 4/17/1998, in Oklahoma City. Lee left Elmore City at an early age and was reared in the Tuttle area. He married Bernice Buck on 11/14/1930 in Chickasha. They lived on a farm near Tuttle, where Mr Cruzan was a farmer & a carpenter. He was a member of the Church of Christ. He was preceded in death by his parents, 3 brothers, Royce, Herbert, & Eugene Cruzan, 1 daughter, and 2 sons.
Survivors include his wife, Bernice of the home in Tuttle, 6 daughters, Betty Hildenbrand of Norman, Ava Cummings of Tuttle, Wanada Klippel of Chickasha, Joy Hardesty of Horican, Wisc., Peggy Parrish of Oklahoma City, & Lora Collins of Moore, 2 sons, D.A. Cruzan of Tuttle & Steve Cruzan of Stillwater, 23 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren, and 1 sister, Ruby Saunders of Orlando, Florida. Interment was in Fairview cemetery, under direction of Sevier funeral home, Tuttle.
