On Sunday September 4th our beloved Mary James went home to be with her heavenly Father. Mary was born on February 11th 1935 in Oklahoma City. She was a wonderful wife to Jack James for 48 years, a loving mother, proud grandmother living life full of passion with a giving heart. She worked at the Oklahoma County Courthouse as a Bailiff for Judge William Kessler for over 22 years. Preceding her in death were her mother Mary Bessie Cook; father William Claude Cook; brothers William Cook, Bob Cook, Duke Cook; son's James Harold Bray and baby Jack James. Mary is survived by her husband Jack; brothers Red Cook, Harold Cook wife Juanita and Raymond Cook. Her children Linda Emmert husband Clay, Anita Curry, Kathy Bray, Randy James wife Carla. Grandchildren Kevin, Jeff, Chris wife Tammy, Michelle, Brent wife Karen, Brandi and Braylee. Great grandchildren Hunter, Emily and Wyatt. Many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be on Thursday; September 8, 2011 from 8 AM until 9 PM at Sunny Lane Funeral Home. Services will be held at Sunny Lane Funeral Home Friday September 9th at 10:00am. Pallbearers are Brent Holland, Hunter O'Brien, Doug Cook, Bryan Cook, Harold Ray Cook and Larry Martindale.
