Mr. Giddens was a native of Dodge County but made his home in Milledgeville. He was retired from Greyhound Bus Lines and served in the United States Army. He was preceded in death by his father and mother Quinton, Sr. and Mable Esther Niblett Giddens and was a charter member of Northside Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife Martha Giddens, three sons: Jay Giddens (Mary), Ricky Giddens (Denise), and Matt Giddens (Tara), a brother Benny Giddens and sister Peggy Bone (Mark) all of Milledgeville, 8 grandchildren: Quint, Seth, Abby, Hunter, Luke, Shelby, Andy and Elizabeth Claire.
