Author and Novelist-wrote his novels with his wife Diana.They were described as something of a literary oddity-a husband and wife team who signed all their articles, books and reviews with their two names.Born Meir Goldstein in Hungary he was taken by his parents as a young boy to Jerusalem. He met Diana in London where he was studying for his LL.B.(Bachelor of Laws).They married in London in 1939 and then set up home in Jerusalem during WWII where he changed his surname to Gillon.Their two sons and daughter were born in Jerusalem. They returned to London in 1948.He died in London,aged 82.
