Queens Terrace, Woodside Patrons have been so enthusiastic over ; the engagement of Billy Brooks and his North Carolina Orchestra that Tony and Louie, co-managers of the popular Long Island spot, have decided to retain the Southern musical outfit for the run of the World's Fair.

Shayne's Casina, Jamaica When Tony Shayne opens his new club he'll introduce a batch of novel ideas. He plans to have guest stars every night; stars like Hal LeRoy, George Olsen, Helen Kane. Patrons, Half Moon Hotel, Coney Island Gaye Lawrence, blonde songstress, will be featured this weekend In the dancing and entertainment program in the Ocean Terrace, dining and cocktail room of the hotel, with Harry Rogers and his orchestra.

Show Bar and Bermuda Room, Forest Hills Jonny Ringer and his orchestra succeeds Sleepy Hall and his boys Wednesday. Introducing a new style of dansapation, Johnny presides over his mates from the busiest drums in the business.

New Bedford Rest New revue opened yesterday. Held over is Al King and his "Sing and Swing" orchestra, who have been well received by Brooklyn dance lovers. New faces . Include Bob Fisher, master of ceremonies; Diana Reed, vocalist; Lucille Reich, rhumba dancer, and Dagmar Tilden, tap dancer.

"An entirely new cast makes its appearance at Andy's Woodside Garden in the all-star vaudeville bill which includes Joan and Bill, Princess Doree, June Hale, Ruth Barr, DAGMAR TILDEN, and Joan Powers with Hal Hixon doing the introducing. Eddie Nix and his boys do the melodics."

An ensemble of six girls forms a background for the features acts of Nadine Colson, Dorris Corrie, Juanita Paschal, Velma Lord, DAGMAR TILDEN and Jimmy Bigelow. Johnny Silver's orchestra plays dance music."
