Daniel Hester and Elizabeth, his wife, of Watsontown, Amandus Gold and Margaret, his wife, of McEwensville, George W. Balliet and Sarah, his wife, of Delaware Township, sold 12 acres and 152 perches to Daniel Hester for $300. This being the same tract by which Amandus Gold and Margaret, his wife, by deed dated January 8, 1878 granted to Lydia Hoffman, who died intestate, leaving her surviving no husband and three children as her only heirs. Deed executed September 6, 1905. Recorded November 28, 1905
