Ross Alwyn Ellwood, age 79, of 365 Mars Ave., Jupiter passed away Saturday following an extended illness. Mr. Ellwood had been a resident for the past ten years coming from Gainesville. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Jupiter-Tequesta.
Survivors include his wife, Freda; three sons, Ross A. Ellwood, Jr. of Sarasota, Warren C. Ellwood, Sr. of Gainesville and Leslie C. Ellwood of Virginia Beach, Va.; two sisters, Mrs. Josephine Childers of Frankfort, Ky., Mrs. Jane Canoles of Towson, Md.; four grandsons and two granddaughters.
Memorial funeral services will be held at a later date at the First United Methodist Church of Jupiter-Tequesta.
