Harry M. Stevens, 77, of 814 Suffolk Street, died Sunday in Mercer Hospital. He was a stationary engineer for the Stacy Laundry for 30 years, before retiring in 1964. An Army veteran of World War I, he was past commander of VFW Post 3525 and a member of the Verterans of World War I, U.S.A., and the National Association of Power Engineers. Son of the late Elwood and Sarah Mellor Stevens, he is survived by his wife, Mrs. Julia Bunting Stevens of Trenton, one sister, Mrs. Richard T. Brook of Lambertville, and nieces and nephews. Services will be held Wednesday at 2 pm at Poulson & VanHise, 406 Bellvue Avenue, with the Rev. Stuart Snedecker of the Linvale Methodist Church officiating. Interment will be in Fountain Lawn Memorial Park. Friends may call Tuesday from 7-9pm.
