She was born January 6, 1930 in Vicco, Kentucky to the late Henry Leo Swafford & Hattie Hall Combs. She was the wife of the late Mart V. Allen. She is survived by her Son: John Winston (Kathy) Allen of Garrett, Kentucky; Daughters: Donna (Danny) Slone of Richmond, Kentucky & Beverly Joan (Denzil) Martin of Wayland, Kentucky; Grandchildren: Michael Thomas, Amy Mayes, Brandon Allen, Lisa Martin, Rachel Crider & Rebecca Howell; Great Grandchildren: Tanner, Jaylynn Tate, Ty, Christian & Cameron. Along with her parents and husband she was preceded in death by her Son: Michael Allen; Brother & Sister: Buford Combs & Beulah Hoke. She will be missed by all that knew and loved her.
