On July 22 at 3:22 p.m., the world's attention focused on Norway. A bomb placed in a car exploded in Regjeringskvartalet (the government buildings) in downtown Oslo. The blast blew out many of the windows in surrounding buildings, and partially destroyed the Prime Minister's office and the Ministry of Petroleum and Energy.
