She was born in Bennington, Feb. 22, 1931, the daughter of Alfred Hunt and Elizabeth (Winslow) Hunt Andrew. She received her education in Bennington and graduated from Barrington (R.I.) Bible College.
Ms. Hunt served as a missionary with Child Evangelism Fellowship in Oaxaca, Mexico, for more than 30 years.
She was a member of Missionary Alliance Church in Bennington.
She wrote several stories and enjoyed reading.
Survivors include a stepbrother, Harold "Andy" Andrew of Bennington, and many cousins.
The funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, July 27, at Missionary Alliance Church in Bennington, with Pastor Edwin Blue officiating, followed by burial in Hinsdillville Cemetery in Bennington.
There will be no calling hours.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Child Evangelism Foundation, in care of Mahar and Son Funeral Home, 628 Main St., Bennington, VT 05201.
