I am related to Jacob Hess and have been doing research on him. In the 1910 census, he is listed being 35 years old (making him born 1874/75)and on his WWI Draft Reg., it shows his birthdate as Feb 2, 1874. Here is a link to the 1910 Census, he is on line 23.
