Memorial services for Clarice Ashley, 71, will be held at 11 a.m. Friday in the Church of the Holy Apostles with the Rev. Jim Abdy officiating. Ms. Ashley died Wednesday, Oct. 9, 1996] at her home. Born June 24, 1925] in Ellenton, she was a daughter of the late William Elmore and Ethel Dunbar Ashley.
She was a graduate of Coker College and retired from E.I. DuPont, Savannah River Plant, where she worked in the Health Physics Department for 30 years.
She was a faithful member of the Church of the Holy Apostles and had resided in Barnwell since 1958.
