FORREST – (PNS) – Eltore F. Alford, 84, died at midnight Saturday at Fairbury Hospital where he was a patient for one day.
The body was taken to the J. W. Brown Funeral Home in Forrest. Funeral services will be held at his residence at 2:00 p.m. (daylight) Tuesday. The Rev. P. Henry Lotz will officiate. Burial will be in Forrest Cemetery.
He was born Sept. 17, 1865 near Danvers, a son of McKindre and Eleanor Rusmisell Alford
Surviving are two sisters, Miss Minnie Alford of Forrest and Mrs. Mary Ives of Pontiac and two nephews.
