Daughter of Hiram Baggot & Dollie Davis Baltzegar. Dollie passed away sometime between Ruby's birth & the 1910 census.

Adopted & raised by Milledge B & Annie Baltzegar Sharpe. Annie was Ruby's Aunt. Ruby is listed in both households in the 1910 census. Her farther moved around that time to Florida.
