Flo Whitmore, age 88, of Lewisville, passed away Saturday, July 2, 2011, in Dallas. She was born February 21, 1923 in Amarillo, Texas to Clarence Terry and Lena McKinney Terry.
She graduated with the Wellington High School Class of 1941.
Flo married Eldon "Whit" Whitmore on February 22, 1947 in Grand Prairie. He preceded her in death on July 27, 2009.
Flo was a longtime member of Lewisville Church of Christ. She is survived by her children; Linda Eudy and husband, Don, Doug Whitmore, Randy Whitmore and wife, Cathy and Pam Landa and husband, Bob; seven grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren; sister-in-law, Mary Louise Vance and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be held 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, July 6, 2011, at Lewisville Church of Christ. Interment will follow at Old Hall Cemetery in Lewisville.
