ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. - Miss Evelyn Friss, 79, formerly of Warnerville, died Saturday at her home in St. Petersburg after being stricken. Miss Friss lived in St. Petersburg since 1977.
Miss Friss was a 1939 graduate of Cobleskill Central School.
She was employed at the General Electric Co. in Schenectady and the State University of New York at Cobleskill before her retirement.
Survivors include a sister, Selma Miller of St. Petersburg.
