He died Monday at Spencer, where he had his own home even since the death of his wife a few years ago. The Bennetts were Clarindans in the 1920's, and since then a daughter, Mrs Walter (Maxine) Lawson, and son, Harold, have both died. Walter Lawson of Spencer was a son-in-law.
