Mr. Ainsworth died Sunday March 31, 1985, in Shreveport. He was born in Medina, N.Y. Mr. Ainsworth was self-employed.
He is survived by his wife, Gail Ainsworth; his mother, Arleane Wagner; one daughter, Angela; one son, Andrew; one sister, Sharon Kerlish; four brothers, Allen, Gene, Burton and Bruce.
