Funeral services will be at 10 a.m., Thursday, at Summers-Kistler Funeral Home with Dr. Bruce Owens officiating. Burial will be in the Crest Haven Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m., Wednesday.
Muhlbach was born Jan. 15, 1902, in Richland County, the daughter of Harry and Clora (Donat) Shan. She married Arthur P. Muhlbach in May of 1960. He died Oct. 21, 1979.
She was a retired hotel manager for the New Olney Hotel. She was a member of the Immanuel United Methodist Church.
She is survived by three nephews, John Shan of Olney, Jerry Shan and Steve Shan, both of Noble; five nieces, Betty McKnight of Ft. Worth, Texas, Carol Peters of St. Paul, Minn., Janet Miller of Robinson, Floy Sterchi of Olney and Bonita Hayes of St. Louis, Mo.; and several great-nieces and nephews.
Muhlbach was preceded in death by her parents, husband, a step-son, Robert, a brother, Russell and a sister, Marie Sager.
