Pearlie Mae Vickers
LAKELAND, Fla. — Pearlie Mae Vickers, 99, of Lakeland, Fla. and formerly of Moultrie, died Saturday, June 4, 2011, at Oakbridge Healthcare in Lakeland.
Private interment will be in Funston Cemetery.
Born Aug. 7, 1911, in Bay, Ga., she was the daughter of the late James Raford Allegood and Eddie Herring Allegood.
She was a homemaker and was a member of Funston Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Homer Vickers.
Survivors include two sons, Ken Vickers and wife Mary Lou of Lakeland, Fla., and Max L. Vickers and wife Doris of Winter Haven, Fla.; one daughter, Louise V. Randall and husband Don of Lakeland, Fla.; three sisters, Lucille Hagler of Atlanta, Ga., Ethelene Roark of Boone, N.C., and Winifred Larird of Alexandria, La.; eight grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Cobb Funeral Chapel.
